Dinner:
Fried egg sandwich with cheese

Snack:
Low sodium roasted almonds
popcorn
Total Approximate Calories: 462
That puts me at 1991 calories for the day - under the recommended target of 2660 from my Fitness app, but a good start. I didn't overeat at any point today, and consciously slowed down at lunch when I realized I was speed eating.
